When creating a user account and password, you are required to keep this information confidential and refrain from disclosing it to any third party. We reserve the right to deactivate any user account if, in our judgment, you have violated any of the provisions outlined in the T&Cs

Orders & Payments

To place an order with us, you must complete and submit the order form provided on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders placed. Once submitted through the Site, all orders will be considered final and binding. We reserve the right to process such order(s) without requiring additional consent, reference, or notice from you.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders received from or through the Site at our sole discretion. Confirmation of your order, marked by the sending of a confirmation email to your registered email address, signifies our acceptance and establishes a contract between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us constitutes an individual contract, subject to these T&Cs, and is referred to as an "Order." Upon acceptance, we will assign an order number to your Order, which should be referenced in all correspondences regarding your Order.

If we cannot proceed with your order, we will notify you accordingly. This could be due to various reasons, such as the product being out of stock, unforeseen resource limitations beyond our reasonable control, a credit reference not meeting our minimum requirements, identification of an error in the product's price or description, or inability to meet a specified delivery deadline.

The price you are required to pay for the product will be the price listed for sale on the Site at the time your order is submitted, along with any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify the price of any product at any time without prior notice. Please ensure payment is completed promptly upon placing your order, as all unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours. Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility that some of the products we offer may be incorrectly priced. We typically verify prices before accepting your order. In cases where the correct price of a product is lower than the price listed at the time of your order, we will charge you the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you to confirm your preferences before proceeding with the delivery of your order.

We accept all major credit cards and PayNow for local orders.

Product Description And Defects

While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions of products available for purchase on the Site, slight variations may occur between the actual products and their depictions. The images displayed on our Site are intended for illustrative purposes only. Differences in color may arise due to studio lighting conditions or discrepancies in computer screen calibration. Nevertheless, we make every effort to ensure that screen colors closely resemble real-life hues. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or absence of errors in product descriptions or other content on the Site.

Slight discrepancies in measurements (within 1 inch each of height, length and width) are not deemed as defects. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your sizing measurements.

Returns

We accept returns by mail only and you will be responsible for postage costs of returned items, except for defected items.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will promptly process store credits refunds owed to you, typically within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.

Incorrect Items

Delivery

The delivery cost for your Order will be presented to you on our Site. We provide international shipping, and for further details, please refer to our FAQ page.

Orders are processed and sent from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 2 working days. Subsequently, our local delivery partner will deliver the product to the address specified in your Order. Please note that any delivery dates provided during the ordering process are approximate.

Should there be a delay in the delivery of your product, we will notify you accordingly, and dispatch will occur once the product becomes available. It is important to note that delivery timeframes are not binding, and neither we nor our service providers will be held liable for any delays in delivery, regardless of cause.

Bounced Parcels

Parcels that cannot be delivered and bounced back to us will be considered as returns and will be refunded only in the form of store credit.

Responsibility For The Product

The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you provided us. Ownership of the product included in your Order is transferred to you upon receipt of full payment for your Order.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the Order by writing to you under the following circumstances:

Failure to make payment when due
Failure to provide necessary information, such as delivery address, within a reasonable timeframe
Failure to facilitate product delivery within a reasonable timeframe
In the event of termination due to the above situations, any advance payments made for undelivered products will be refunded, though we may deduct or charge reasonable compensation for incurred net costs resulting from contract breach.

Personal Data

We may utilize personal data provided by you to supply the product, process payment, send newsletters if you've subscribed to our mailing list, and for other specified purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for further details.

Intellectual property rights of brands mentioned

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Please note that Bag Bone is not affiliated with any of the brands mentioned on our website, except those listed explicitly on 'Our Partners' page. All trademarks, copyrights, and logos referenced are the sole property of their respective owners. Our use of these names is solely for informational purposes and does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

General

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds: Bag Bone will only accept returns and provide replacements and refunds for items purchased from the Site. Items purchased elsewhere are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds under these T&Cs.

Entire Agreement: These T&Cs, which explicitly include the Privacy Policy available at www.bag-bone.com/privacy-policy/ and the terms and conditions referenced therein, represent the complete agreement between you and Bag Bone concerning the subject matter herein. They override any previous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding this subject matter, and may only be amended or modified in writing or by making such changes available on the Site.

Governing Law: These T&Cs, along with any disputes or claims arising from or related to them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to this contract, including questions about its validity, existence, or termination, will be resolved through arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the current Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules"). These rules are considered to be incorporated into this clause by reference. The arbitration will be conducted in Singapore, with a single arbitrator appointed. The language used in the arbitration proceedings will be English.

Store Credit

Store credit in your Bag Bone account can be redeemed towards the purchase of an item from our Site. Store credit expires after 12 months. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-extensible and non-transferable.

Updates

We reserve the right to modify any content or material on the Site at our discretion, without prior notice to you. It's possible that some content or material on the Site may become outdated, and we are not obligated to update it. We are not liable if the Site, or any part of it, becomes unavailable at any time.

In the event that we revise our T&Cs for the Site, we will publish the updated T&Cs here and, if necessary, notify you via email. We recommend checking back regularly for any updates or modifications to our T&Cs. Any changes will not impact Orders you've previously placed and that we've accepted prior to the revision date. Your ongoing use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the T&Cs as they appear.
