BB Easé is our collection of bag organizers, created to keep your bag's interior organized and clutter-free. With multiple compartments and it's lightweight waterproof material, BB Easé ensures your belongings are easily accessible while safeguarding your bags from the inside, prolonging their lifespan.

What kind of bags are suitable for usage of BB Nugget?

Any bag, regardless of its condition, can benefit from BB Nugget's innovative design. Whether your bag is brand new or showing signs of losing shape, BB Nugget can help maintain, preserve and even restore its original shape over extended use.

I can't find my bag model/size. Can I custom order one?

Absolutely! Simply fill out this interest form and we will reach out to you to provide a personalized quote and timeline for the creation of your custom product.

Typical price ranges between SGD60 to SGD100 depending on the product, size and shape.

The estimated waiting time ranges from 2.5 to 4 weeks, depending on individual cases, which will be advised.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you suspect that you have received a defective or incorrect item, our One-to-One Exchange Policy ensures a hassle-free replacement. For more information on Exchange, please refer here.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed! However, we do have a no-questions-asked refund policy. For more information on Exchange and Refund, please refer to this page.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment.

For custom orders, shipment will occur 2.5-4 weeks after custom order confirmation. Status updates and communication would be given to you directly upon order.

What are the countries that you ship to and when can I receive my order?

All parcels will be delivered via tracked postage.  (Singpost/NinjaVan/DHL/FedEx/UPS)

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Changes to your delivery information will not be possible after order has been placed and confirmed. However, you may drop us an email to info@bag-bone.com and we will do our best to assist and explore possible solutions.

Please note that shipping delays may occur if delivery address amendments are made.

Do you offer self collection?

Currently, self-collection is unavailable. However, we’re pleased to offer complimentary tracked shipping on local orders over SGD 80, SEA orders over SGD 150 and international orders over SGD 250.
