No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

Experience peace of mind with our no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original, unused condition with tags intact. Enjoy store credits valid for 12 months, no reasons required. Your satisfaction is our priority!

To be eligible for site returns:
  • Product(s) must be in its original conditions received (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact).
  • To start a return request, please submit a Refund Request within
    • 14 calendar days from dispatch date for Singapore orders
    • 21 calendar days for from dispatch date for international orders.
  • We accept returns by mail only and you will be responsible for postage costs of returned items, except for defected items.

One-to-One Exchange Policy
(Defective/Incorrect items)

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you suspect that you have received a defective or incorrect item, our One-to-One Exchange Policy ensures a hassle-free replacement. 

To be eligible for defective exchanges:
  • Product(s) must be in its original conditions received (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact).
  • To start a defective exchange request, please submit an Exchange Request within
    • 14 calendar days from the dispatch date for Singapore orders
    • 21 calendar days for international orders.
  • We may request that you return the item to us, and we will reimburse your postage expenses in the form of store credits. The maximum refund for postage costs will be equivalent to the delivery cost of the least expensive delivery option we offer. For instance, if you opt for express delivery at a higher cost despite a standard delivery option being available, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
Defect disclaimer:
  • While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions of products available for purchase on the Site, slight variations may occur between the actual products and their depictions. Discrepancies in color hues and measurements (within 1 inch each of height, length and width) are not deemed as defects.

By submitting a Return or Exchange Request, you acknowledge that:

  • Exchanges and Returns are only applicable for orders made directly from our Site; strictly no exchange and return for purchases done in our retailers' stores (a thorough check is advisable before making the physical purchase) or 3rd party partners (e.g Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, etc)
  • Verification of invoices will be required for request to be processed.
  • All requests can only be requested by the original purchasing email account and store credits will be credited only to the original purchasing account; Any requests made from other parties will not be allowed.
  • For exchanges: if a replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a refund in the form of store credits, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Product(s) must be sent using a delivery method that allows tracking. We will only process the store credits refund after receiving and assessing the product(s).
  • Should you return an item that does not meet the specified requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return and any associated request for a store credit refund. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so please retain all proof of mailing until you receive an acknowledgment.
  • Requests are only accepted after we have attended to your email with approval.
  • Any requests after the timeframe will not be accepted. No extensions will be allowed due to system limitations.
  • Processing time for requests takes up to 7 business working days from the day the item has been received.
  • Bag Bone reserves the rights to reject any exchange / returns should the above conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.
